Interviews as a server normally start with one operations manager then a final interview with the hiring manager who 90% of the time is the General Manager of the location the interview is held for.

Showed up to what I thought was an interview turns out it was a “hiring event”. There were like five other people there at the same time and they just cycled through them with five minute interview. Waste of time.
