In spite of being in litigation for age discrimination, it does not appear this has positively influenced the recruitment process; to prevent ageism during the consideration of job applicants. Please consider this before wasting your time applying for any roles at this company.

It is crazy that I have applied for several position and always get a no thanks email even though I have the experience. It seems like they are looking for a certain age based on the question that is asked during this application process. I just found out that they are in litigation for age discrimination.
