Entrevista
A group interview of around 10 people and 3 hiring managers, where you get to pick 2-3 questions from a list to answer. When successful, I was called by the store manager to answer a few more questions (e.g. availability, and some more generic interview questions) and then was called again a few days later to be offered the job.

Entrevista
Group interview, very relaxed and welcoming, had fidget toys, sweets and water available. Had to answer opening/intro questions, then answer 3 questions from a sheet and share with the group. There were also scenario questions which we answered in small groups. A great environment for an interview.
