Face to face interview with presentation. had to give 30min presentation on previous research. Group panel of three asked questions. quite relaxed. Followed by tour of facility. Not much more to say. The questions were as you would expect. Why, how, what etc.

The interview was very relaxed and informal. A few postdocs interviewed me and asked general questions about my background and education. There were no technical questions so the interview felt more like a conversation about the research I had done in school. I had little direct experience in the specific field of research, so questions were focused on familiarity with general molecular biology concepts and work ethic. Each person took about 15-30 minutes.
