Man ist zu einem ganztag Assessment Center eingeladen. Der Tag besteht aus einem IQ Test, einer Gruppenpresentation, einem Gespräch mit einer Psychologin, einer Sozialaustauschrunde, und der Gelegenheit mit Ehemaligen Proteamern sich freundlich auszutauschen.
Frist round after online assessments - Friendly interview with a past pro team trainee (one HR and one more team member) . Lasted 30 mins ish , mostly behavioural questions and your background.

Entrevista
I only got to the video interview stage. It was a pleasant conversation with two prior Trainees. Chances are about 1/3 to get invited to the AC afterwards. Questions asked about Teamplay, Leadership, Problem Solving, etc. No technical Questions.

Online assessment, video interview, on site applicant day. 3 different sessions, applicant day being defined since the beginning. Applicant day consisted of cognitive tests, role plays in corporate setting, individual presentation.
