The initial recruiter call was pleasant and professional, though it took around six weeks after applying to even get to that stage. After the interview, I never received any follow-up despite being told to expect a response within a set timeframe. I followed up proactively two weeks later and still heard nothing back. For a company that promotes a friendly and people-first culture, ghosting candidates after investing time in their process sends a very different message. Sending a rejection email is a small gesture that goes a long way. I wish I had taken the previous reviews on Glassdoor more seriously before investing my time in preparing for this interview and following up.

The process started out with an initial recruiter call followed by a case-study interview which they ask you to prepape a full presenation in less than two days. I got through this round and they still had the AUDACITY to ghost me, to this day no formal rejection. They mentioned it would take 1-2 weeks which i was okay with waiting but at this point im sure its a rejection and I think its incredibly unprofessional to not reach back with feedback, especially after i presented a whole case study for the team. Dodged a bullet with this company, so beware because they clearly dont care about you despite their "friendly" work culture.
