scripted questions - they used what seemed to be a corporate list of questions that they followed, maybe somewhat unique for a specific position - but almost entirely a very scripted interview

Well, prior to working here I was basically sitting in a guard shack waiting for the boredom to finally get to me. Being technically minded, that really wasn't taking that long. Wife referred me over to work, interview seemed more about wether one has an aptitude for the job or not.
