The process took over 4 weeks. I interviewed with the recruiter and 2 others, one interview each week. I never heard back from anyone. When talking with others they said this is normal for Century Link, they never call or email to let you know the status of anything. They will ignore all request and act very unprofessional about updates.

Bad experience - need to do a test virtually which is not ideal and unpersonable. Process seemed disorganized and was not overly impressed with any of the interviewers. Have heard negative reviews of working here.
3 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, team, and director. Interview questions were relevant to the position, and I was able to ask questions and gauge the culture fit with the team.
