Entrevista
Several people scheduled at the same time and took turns interviewing with 3 different managers. They were very friendly and made the experience very comfortable. The group environment was helpful as well and took the pressure off.
There was three rounds. First round was a video submission of six questions. Second round was a phone screen with the recruiter. Third round was a panel interview, round table style with video.

Tell me a time when you had to work with someone that had a different working style than you.
Interview was a HireVue virtual interview. It included answering 5-6 pre-recorded situation type questions. That was followed by two games. One was a picture matching game and the other was a memory game. I never heard back from Lumen after the HireVue interview.

Entrevista
The initial interview is a video interview that lasts about 30 minutes. There are six questions that you have 30 sec to formulate your answer and 3 minutes to record your answers. You also have 2 Games to complete to evaluate how you think. Answer all questions by describing a situation, your action, and the outcome.
