It's phone interview and it's similar to Boeings; i.e., it's about behaviors more than proving your skills. I've read the Boeing STAR questions and Qwest's/CenturyLink's are a bit different. They're not as difficult but they're still behavioral. The interviewers at Qwest/CenturyLink do not as you to expound so you should make sure, on your own, that you explain your answer well because they're not going to cue you to say more.
