Group interview, which was a bit chaotic and disorganized. There were multiple people interviewing applicants who were all grouped in a conference room. We were shuffled from one room to another and then back after listening to a presentation. It was enough to throw me off and made me more nervous and anxious which then led to me bombing the one-on-one interview as I stumbled through their questions and I'm sure not giving the greatest impression. It was a huge bummer as I really wanted the job and was well qualified.

Basically a phone interview with 2-4 managers from different departments asking questions regarding your ability to function with fellow workers, customers and job skills. Also questions about how you handle your self in certain situations.
