Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 6 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lumen.
Entrevista
Applied via a personal reference and interviewed with hiring manager. After first meeting, applied online and then took a skills/aptitude test. Offer was made within 3 days and the communication from Human resources was excellent. There was no negotiation on the base pay / commission structure - was a straight foward "take it or leave it" offer. I accepted the offer and was onboarded within 3 weeks

Since I was interviewing for a sales position, they asked about my past W2's.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Lumen (Florham Park, NJ) em mar. de 2011
Entrevista
My initial first two interviews were via the phone. The first was to a HR recruiter/manager in Colorado and she asked general questions about my resume, the second was with the hiring manger who was required to ask a set of documented questions that were prepared by HR, and wasn't allowed to deviate from the script. He just wrote down the answers I gave and checked boxes rating the adequacy of my responses. Then I was brought into a panel interview with the hiring manager, a peer manager, and service delivery manager. I answered how I would handle several scenarios and after that I got a call with an offer two days later.

Describe your method (in detail) of acquiring new customers? If a customer had a problem and we assigned engineering resources to solve it, but the customer solved it themselves and didn't want to pay, how would you handle that? Give them credit, make them pay, etc?
