They have switched to using Hirevue meaning they can judge your age, race, and gender. Any one way video interview allows the company to discriminate against you and companies that use these services are not respecting the candidate to begin with. Also received text message from them with emojis which just shows how unprofessional they are.

Describe a situation when you had to make a quick decision with conflicting information.
I was interviewed by three different managers in three 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions. They all seemed nice and 2/3 of them were enthusiastic about discussing the position. I received positive feedback and confirmed a date with them for a second interview. A day after confirming the second interview, they said they were no longer hiring for that position.
