Thorough.. 3 levels. One with the direct supervisor, and 2 others with peers of the area. The direct supervisor interview was one that was later joined by all of her direct reports to ask other questions after she felt that it was worth their time. Took a very long time to come with an offer, even though I was not the first choice to a former company employee who later took a job elsewhere.

Tell me about a time when you had multiple priorities due at the same time.
Having all applicants complete a video process which took perhaps 30-45 minutes feels like a LOT of time to ask an applicant to invest without knowing if we're going to be considered by an actual human or not.
