I was asked about my experience with sales and customer service, as well as any prior experience with telecommunications. I think they are more concerned with sales and customer service, as they can train you on their products and services. I also took a test that basically showed that I can follow a sequence of directions and remember numbers well.

Describe a situation where you helped calm down an upset customer. What happened and what did you do to resolve the issue?
There were a series of what seemed like HR created questions asked. The hiring manager was friendly and relevant questions pertaining to the position were asked and answered. The questions were behavioral, experience related and exploratory.

Very poor and not organised . No real structure. Staff turned up late . They seemed not interested. HR got confused. No follow up . No real update on time
