Interview went through several steps, the application process, HIREVUE virtual video interview (awful - dehumanizing), quick screening with recruiter then a panel interview with hiring manager and other team members.

Entrevista
- Applied online and got an e-mail a day later to do an AI-esque interview with interactive games.
- After doing that interview within 5 days, their recruiter reached out to me for a screening.
- Two weeks later, the screening interview was completed and I was scheduled for an interview with a manager.
- Manager interview was completed a week later and then was scheduled two more interviews with other managers.
- Those interviews were done over the span of two weeks.
All in all I spent about 3 hours interviewing over the span of two months. Salary was never discussed, scheduling interviews was hard because everyone was always out of office, and each person had a different understanding of the position I was applying to. I didn't get the job and the way I found out was waiting two weeks after my final interview just to get a generic automated system rejection e-mail as though I was unqualified. Someone unqualified doesn't normally make it to final interviews. I received nothing personalized from anyone I interviewed with. Extremely unprofessional.

Typical panel interviews with multiple levels, however in order to advance, need to make it past hire view virtual ai interview questions and quiz. Then panels with similar job titles, then higher up leadership panel.
