I found the interview process to be quick and efficient. The online technical test was refreshing and enjoyable compared to other interviews. It was not overly difficult, but still I think an accurate reflection of a developer role.
The conversation with the CEO Kuty was also engaging and pleasant. He asked questions to get to know me professionally, beyond just if I could do the job.
The salary I felt was fair and reasonable. Keep in mind it's a global company and 100% remote. Don't go in expecting FANG money. If you live in a low to moderate cost of living area, you can do well with the flexibility to be a true digital nomad. This to me was the biggest draw to the company.
I ultimately declined for another offer that was a slightly better fit.

Got an email asking me for a commitment date to complete a technical assessment. I set a date, but there was some problem and when I tried to access to the technical test, I couldn´t (got a message about expired test). After a number of emails with no response, I got another email to set a new commitment date. This time I could do it.
It is a pretty easy task, but the day after finishing it I got a generic rejection email. I honestly don´t know why I did wrong, but that probably means that I should not pass the test.

Devskiller test about creating an API. It implies Spring boot and JPA. They want you to add some add comments/retrieve comments from posts (like a blog).

It was a straightforward screening process. First I filled requested information, no CV was required at all. After, I had an interview with a friendly lady from HR, then I did few code assessments, and finally I talked with the CEO, Kuty. Despite all the negative reviews I read here, my impression was very good, he was kind, friendly and assertive, made some questions about my background and experience. During the process I got access to the company culture and some processes. The company has 20 years of businesses running remotely, seems they are a mature and stable company with almost 200 employees world wide. Looks like they are continuously improving the hiring process. I recommend.
