First step was a remote interview followed by two in person interviews in their offices.
Interview process was clear and they asked fair questions about the industry and role. Received feedback as well.

Entrevista
I found the process to be quite smooth overall. They asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to share more about what I could offer to the team and they allowed room for me to ask questions that provided insights as to what life would be like working with them. Overall, I really enjoyed getting to interview with Luminance and thought it was quite special how I was able to interact with their upper management when considering the possibility of working for Luminance.
