I had an exceptionally unpleasant first interview with an arrogant HR lady who was rude, pushy, and constantly lecturing me about how I should've written my CV and how she expected me to answer her questions that were all from the 90s, e.g., "What are your weaknesses?" " How are you like as an employee?" " Do you prefer to work alone or in a team?" etc. When I asked if any software developer had seen my CV, she said, "No, I'm vetting the people." I gave her a simple answer so the meeting would be over sooner, after which she sent a template rejection email.
