Had a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager, who spent a majority of the time talking about himself and the company. In the limited amount of time I did have to talk at the end, he did not ask any behavioral or background questions that allowed for me to highlight my experience or the skills I would bring to the role. Most of the questions he asked related to intricate details about a prior company's operations, how those products worked, what was that company's org structure like, etc. This was not a technical/product role and the questions were unrelated to Lumistry's business and the position I was interviewing for. This was a disappointing experience as I was excited for the opportunity.
