The interview process was structured and consistent among candidates. At the first interview, a candidate must complete a simple application (in addition to the on-line application and resume'). A one-page overview was provided detailing basics of what the position offers: wages, training and trial period, benefits. A list of questions was asked and answers noted in writing by interviewer. At the end of the first interview, a follow-up interview was scheduled for a couple of days later. Candidate was asked to bring questions to the next meeting. The second interview started out with the questions, so it is good to have spent some time writing down several. Detailed answers were provided, which was very informative. Basic expectations were discussed, i.e. a (huge!) policy manual. They are a very buttoned-down operation, high expectations, clear-cut procedures. At the end of second interview, the candidate is told they will be called after the owner is contacted.
