I applied to a vacancy online on their website and I got rejected 20 minutes "after careful considerations". This company is data harvesting resumes and keeping them in their databases.

The recruiter did not show up for the first interview and had to reschedule due to her own mistake. In the second round, the hiring manager joined 10 minutes late and appeared disengaged throughout the interview, even dozing off at times and asking several unfocused questions. Overall, this did not reflect a company that is strongly committed to professionalism or a well-run interview process.
