HR interview, take home assessment, hiring manager interview & HOD interview. I think the final stage is difficult because rather than asking about my technical knowledge and experience, interviewer was fixated by my short working time in my previous employers. I made remarks about my goal to find job stability, but I was quickly shut down as I was told "not to make promises".
Whole process took about 3 weeks. Had first interview with TA, all went well and proceeded to spend hours to complete the take-home assessment and was ready to present the materials prepared in the next interview but was later generically notified through a no-reply email that my application was dropped.
