Entrevista
I saw a small job vacancy sign at my local Lush store and was asked to hand make a creative cover letter to hand in with my resume.
Upon handing it in I was given a mini interview, which I passed.
A week later I was called up for a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes where she asked questions about customer service, etc.
At the end of the call she said "normally we do phone interviews then gather all the info together and discuss who to call back for a group interview, but I think the answers you've given me have been absolutely fantastic so I'd like to invite you now to the group interview next week"
I have the group interview tonight, if I pass it I'll be given a 1 hour shift trial.
If I do well at the trial, I'll be considered against the others who did well at their trial.
If I get chosen from that lot I'll be given either a part time or a Christmas casual position.

What do customer service and customer experience mean to you?
How would you handle this scenario:
It's a really busy Christmas rush shift, you and the other staff are trying to get to everyone but notice there are customers who are not being attended to so they just leave.
What would you do to make sure everyone was seen and felt important?
I applied for a job in Scarborough, but they asked me to come to OSHAWA for the interview (over a 40 minute drive or almost 2 hrs by bus). When I asked for an alternative, I received no reply. Inconsiderate and unprofessional team & hiring manager.

Fun, super fast and easy going. They also gave lots of free Lush products. Application was through email and the interview was held a week later. It took approximately a month for them to get back with the selected candidates.

Entrevista
After an initial email with cover letter and CV, if chosen to apply you are sent a link to an online application. There is no disability disclosure section on the application. You are then called for a phone interview, where you're asked several questions about your experience and what your customer service approaches are. You are *then* called into the shop in person for a 'trial shift' where you spend 2 hours working the sales floor and doing demonstrations on staff and occasionally, real customers. This time is paid even if you do not get the job.
