We arrived half an hour after the shop had closed up for the day and given name tags. We were then told that we were welcome to look around the shop whilst the rest of the staff finished cleaning the shop floor. After this we were introduced individually to the group by saying our names and what we love most about Christmas. We were split into three groups (there were about 13 of us) and we went to three different stations where we did activities. The first station I went to was the questions about different situations, the second station was about demonstrating a product. We had two turns each and as it was August 2015 we got to demo the Oxford street products! The third station was presenting posters which we were told to bring in which were festive themes and about yourself. I made a poster out of my favourite lush products in a festive themed scenario. I got a call back the next day asking me to come back for a trial shift on the Friday which I attended. At the trial shift, I was asked to go out on the shop floor for an hour and sell products to customers. It was very nerve wracking but fun at the same time and on the Monday following I was offered the job.
