Initially submitted my resume and application. Called about 2 weeks later for an interview with HR. The interview was held at the headquarters in the HR office. The interview was typical and straightforward. It was clarified that being Lutheran was not a prerequisite for working there, I was allowed to ask questions about the working environment, and given a tour of the facilities. I was told that I would be recommended for a second interview. Several weeks later a second interview was scheduled with the person who would ultimately be the boss over this position, as well as two other ranking members of the management staff. The second interview went well and resulted in a third interview off-sight. Met with more members of the team. At this point in the interview process they tend to let the formalities down a bit and want you to be yourself. Overall it was a good interview experience.
