Three rounds - phone, skype, and on-site interviews. Total time frame, the process took roughly 4 weeks. Thorough process, will require a decent amount of time and work from applicant, but they were very friendly and accommodating throughout.

Expect to role play scenarios of troubleshooting equipment / dealing with end-users of the company's product. This drives home the point that this position will involve a high level of customer interaction and conflict resolution, beyond just the technical skills associated with resolving product issues.

Entrevista
There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

commissioning Lutron lighting systems and shading solutions. background in electrical field and IT helps to deal with Electrical contractors and customers. The interview was a great way to learn the company culture and values

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
