It's a 30-minute phone interview asking you to talk about everything you listed in your resume and every detail of them, very detail. The interviewer seems more interest in working experience rather than academic projects. After going through the resume, the interviewer asked me a very general question like how to open a hotel.

I had an initial phone screening and then traveled to the headquarters to spend a day interviewing there. Though the day was long, I had an extremely positive experience there. Everyone I met was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in what I was saying.

General behavioral and resume questions. Additionally, in-person there was a role-playing scenario interview which was a bit difficult. Just stay calm and focused and you will be fine!
