The interview was set up through a recruiter company. The resulting company rushed me into their office to do a quick face to face prior to the phone interview with Lutron in the afternoon on the same day. The phone interview with Lutron concentrated on previous work history. I was asked for my college GPA even though I was out of college for 18 years. Never heard anything back from Lutron.
