The interview process is very informal, stressing the capabilities of your technical skills. For example, I was given a problem regarding solving email de-duplication. Upon completion, there were other hardware-level problems asked regarding the algorithm you used to solve the prior question. Lutron is a great mix of software + hardware, so this makes sense.
