I was invited to an interview and asked to use the slef-scheduling tool, I accidentally clicked the wrong date and there was no option to change it so I emailed asking if it could be changed but if not no problem I would move stuff around for it. It gets to my interview slot and I have still been given no more info other than the time of the meeting. My interview is at 11am, just past 11 I was emailed asking what my availability was like for the rest of the week. I said I can do it now or in the mornings for the rest of that week. Then nothing, absolute radio silence, I have emailed following up but still have heard nothing. They have completely wasted my time.
The comany emailed me asking to post a Glassdoor review of my interview experience, therefore I will provide. It was quite evident straight away that the role was a much larger scope than initially described in the advert, and I feel like the salary on offer was a joke for the level of responsibily and duties required. The job advert was also slightly midleading to the actual position that the interviewer ran me through. The interviewer was slightly awkward and it was difficult to have a conversation that flowed, and he definietly came off a little condesending. Upon reading Glassdoor reviews from previous employees of the company, I felt the attitude shown was very similar to what was described in the negative reviews. Interview was very blase, and I don't feel there was any attempt to gauge my skillset or what I can bring to the role.
