Entrevista
The hiring process was quite fast, I had interview with the local manager and with the manager from Russia. Both interviews for face 2 face, first the interview with the Manager from Romania and second together with the manager from Russia.
After two weeks a received the feedback and the offer.

What kind of tools I use in recruitment?
Lots of questions about Linkedin and how I use it
First. invited for a quick screening call with a Recruiter; after that there's a tech interview with a manager from the hiring team. Last stage involves the interview with the hiring/project manager.
I had a pleasant experience. Everything was well explained. The woman who interview me was professional. After that, I had one task to find candidates for specific roles on LinkedIn and send her my choice.
