1-st step - prescreen by the phone.
2-d step - face to face interview with recruiter.
3-d step - task.
4-th step - interview with manager.
5-th step - offer.
Usually it takes a week to get an offer.

- knowledge of IT basics.
First. invited for a quick screening call with a Recruiter; after that there's a tech interview with a manager from the hiring team. Last stage involves the interview with the hiring/project manager.
I had a pleasant experience. Everything was well explained. The woman who interview me was professional. After that, I had one task to find candidates for specific roles on LinkedIn and send her my choice.
