There are quite a few interviews. I had 4 full-rounds of interviews with luxoft and its customer. Technical Luxoft, PM Luxoft, Technical Client, PM Client My first technical interview was face to face, which make me fell in love with the company. The rest were via video chat. Technical interviews are the same as other companies, they just want to make sure that you have the necessary skills to start coding ASAP. And the PM interviews were probably to validate cultural fit and team skills. For me, the process took less than 2 weeks, and that was because I kept delaying the interview.
