Applied via LinkedIn, Respective HR contacted immediately and organised level 1 interviews. Got cleared on Level 1 interview, got technical round interview. Also cleared the same.... Now the goff up comes... Feedback from Hiring HR is that your profile is queued up at client for approval.... Few days after chasing got the reply as Rejection with no feedback.
Didnt understand as what is cleint expectation which was not traced on 2 rounds which were almost 45 mins each.
Looks like only Time pass for Candidates....

Depends only on the client you are being hired for. There are mostly dependent on clients only. Sometimes 2 client rounds, sometimes one internal and one client round. They mostly have banking clients in SG.

Entrevista
5-step interview that took almost 2 months. It includes HR screening, tech interview, manager interview, tech interview with client, and manager interview with client. It also requires making a full background check with unnecessary validation of documents.

Entrevista
I didn't have interview with recruiter, I've been sent straightforward to technical interview with BA.
She was cold and unfriendly, whole interview process was so tense.
And in the end I got a rejection but with no explanation at all. What I did wrong, what are my areas for improvements. At least something.
