I had a call scheduled and they called me 20 minutes later! That is, of course, a bad start. Then they talked about the role and it was a totally different role from the job advert. It felt like they didn't have much information and that that was a bummer. So they explained this role in a minute and I wonder, how can a company explain a role in a minute? So of course I asked questions and they didn't have the proper information or details to share with me.
I totally understand the pressure that many people working in recruitment face these days but please be professional and don't waste people's time.
