I was first contacted for this position by HR, they explained me the skills and requirements about the position and they asked me about my experience. I got an email in the following week telling me the position was on hold. I did not hear about them until one or one and a half month later, when they told me the position was unfrozen, so I had a technical interview and another interview with the project manager and the program manager. I got an offer from another company so I did not continued the process, but I was going to have another final interview with the customer.

The technical interview was just a half hour long and he asked me just about my technical experience supporting applications. The interview with the project and program manager was about an hour long and they asked me about my knowledge about supporting process, tools, and people management.
