Two technical rounds and managerial 1hr each. -- Typical process not good looks like entire company running on one Hr/manager. Entire process is 3 months for every round it takes weeks to get back. In first technical asked direct technicals no intro. internal gcc, lib cmake process, how actually works and how to write cmake etc. and some string questions to code it except cmake internal process it’s ok. next technical is really good discussed lot of in depth c++ concepts and some code snippets and some string related question reverse kind of. he kept a list to validate and one after the other he asked. Managerial round is behavioral questions and entire resume scanned all projects all roles etc.. each bit by bit. at the end you can easily know ur in or not. Hope will meet u in luxoft Germany and noted CTC and for further process other team will Contact you , he said. Done no response to mails even after 2 weeks. Got to know after that not considered in managerial, still no idea why. Cant correlate the actual discussion and outcome. I don’t like outcome from managerial. Moreover it’s ~3months so think about it.
