Process is formalized, so do not expect customization (at least on initial stages). Market rates and attrition on uppper-management level. Formal head quarterz in Switzerland but in reality management sits in Moscow, Russia. Recently sold to DXC, so you can expect multiple e-mail accounts per a single person.
