I recently interviewed with Luxoft for position of Senior Java Developer at Jersey City. The interviewer asked average-level questions, and I was able to answer 98% of them correctly. I also executed a couple of programs and demonstrated the output. However, when I asked the recruiter for feedback, I was told that I was accused of cheating during the interview process. I asked recruiter to share the evidence but she is not responding over email or LinkedIn . I tried to reach her on phone , But she is NOT responding . This was extremely disappointing and unfair, as I genuinely answered the questions and provided live coding demonstrations. I expected a more transparent and professional approach. Please think twice before giving interviews with this company !!! They are simply doing timepass.
