Questions during the interview were very easy to answer, however, many of the questions seemed directed at how much money or how many connections you had. I thought it was a very strange way to handle an interview as you'd think they would value the ability to create new connections, rather than simply use ones that you have through family money.

On line application then phone interview then 3 in person interviews. Went to the office on 25th street and met with 3 leaders of different departments to see where I might fit. I think they hire and then place people on an account.
