Entrevista
After submitting my resume online I did a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. Then was called in for an on-site interview a couple days later. The onsite included an ice breaker type of activity, then a speed-dating interview, and finally a writing assignment.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
