Entrevista
I applied online and quickly heard back from to schedule a phone interview in the near future. The interviewer was very personable and friendly and assured me that if this position wasn't a good fit that should would help me with another position she had in mind. I hung up feeling hopeful and understood, only to never hear from her again. I received the semi-automated response inviting me to the next in-person interview but no other responses to my emails. I went to the in-person interview (which took place at their location inside Pep Boys--yes, the auto parts store). Meeting with their manager was nice, but it was clear that this was not the right fit for me. It seemed genuine when he began to look through his network and help me apply to an open position at corporate. I reached out to him after the interview, again feeling very hopeful, only to hear nothing. I still have never heard back from either of the interviewers I spoke with. I had a high regard for both of them, initially feeling really appreciated, I am thoroughly disappointed to have been discarded somewhere in their email inbox.

Three step process: phone interview with a recruiter, video interview with someone in the actual office, and in-person interview. Lyft is clearly very committed to their brand and looking for hires who will be content to stay in their new role for a year+ before promotion

Entrevista
They were very thorough in their interview process to determine the best possible fit for their company. I understand the necessity of them making sure they adequately selected the best candidate. The process of the experience was a little more lengthy than I have ever gone through, but I feel it will leave me well equipped with what is to come with this Lyft!

How would you handle a situation where a driver kept getting put off by different Community Associates.

Entrevista
5 interviews total in 5 weeks. Took a while but all the people were pleasant to speak with. First over the phone with recruiter, then over video with direct supervisor, then over phone with some sort of regional coordinator, then in-person with direct supervisor again, then over video with regional manager. Each interview was about 15-20 minutes and all almost identical conversations. Mostly just get-to-know-you and your previous work experience/skills.
