Recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. I entered availability using the link they provided and followed up with an email. I received no reply. I followed up two more times and still no reply. I heard many great things about Lyft but the ghosting practices of the recruiting team are unacceptable

Typical interview process, consisting of phone calls, video interviews over zoom, and talking with team members and panels. Nothing memorable or special about it that I can remember. just be prepared for basic questions for positions like this

I got a referal and received an email from the recruiter on the same day, we then scheduled a phone call meeting, the meeting lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter was very nice.

2 phone interviews with HR, 1 interview with peer testing your skills and background. 1 2 hour interview with 4 different managers/leads.
Overall, it was a good experience. You defenately get a good feel for the job and the work culture.
