Applied online, got the reply in a week, they mailed me about the position and asked to schedule the timing for the interview, than had a skype interview of about 45mins, in which they asked about past experience and projects, rest the person described about the job profile and left the rest time to ask any questions.

Entrevista
Very fast, not very stringent. I found out later that they don't really care if you have experience, or a good work ethic. As long as one can talk to or get the attention of other people in a crowd setting, they hire you.
