Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lyft.

Referred by a Lyft employee then heard back from recruiter within 1 week. The process is streamlined and very similar to Facebook: recruiter phone screening --> 2 initial interviews (1 for product sense, 1 for execution) --> final onsite
Lyft is doing a generic hiring for PM roles.
The recruiter I worked with was not unprofessional or not taking my case seriously. During the initial phone screening, he didn't even want to share more information the entire interview process. He just dropped me a prep guide for the initial interviews during the call and asked if I have any questions. Furthermore, he barely answered any questions beyond the initial interviews (Not sure if he would change his attitude if I made to the final round)
For the initial round, I did well in the product sense interview and not well in the execution one due to a relevant tricky question. I don't think the interviewer ran the conversation with open mind and he just tried to go through his script rigidly.
The worst part is the rejection email. I believe it's a template for all the rejected candidates. Given that the email said "let me know if you would like to hop on a call to discuss any questions", I asked if we could hop on a quick call to get more feedback then the recruiter just copied and pasted the brief feedback directly in the response email without any other words (The formatting issue even took me a while to figure out the meaning).
From my perspective, the company did care about the candidate experience during the interview process. Good thing is that Lyft shared feedback for your interviews so at least you know how your gad areas.

the interview process was multiple steps: recruiter screen, hiring manager, round 1 product sense / execution, then round 2 leadership. there are a lot of prep materials provided which made the process much better and smoother
Recruiter screen, then 45 min product sense, 45 min execution - repeat these rounds 2 times, then hiring manager screen, then offer. All remote interviews. Recruiter stays in touch throughout. Overall smooth process.

Rounds: 1) Recruiter 2) Hiring manager 3) Product Sense 4) Product execution 5) Cross-functional partnership 6) Leadership
Recruiter was extremely personable and was good at marketing the company and its values. Same with the hiring manager. For the PMs or TPMs interviewing you, it's a bit of a gamble as to whether they'll be there to scrutinize you or to have a back-and-forth. They do read off a script to ensure they cover their bases, but some interviewers will facilitate and have better conversations while others are really examining you and not helping you. It's a bit unfortunate as we'd expect PMs to challenge each other and confirm/deny assumptions.
The process took 3 weeks. The recruiter provides documentation on how the interviews are conducted, with tips and documentation. They request the behavioural and technical interviews to be ideally condensed within a single meeting of 3 hours, which is exhausting. Intense process resembling FAANG's process considering the size of the company.

During product sense interview: You're a PM for bikesharing. The company owns dockless bikes. We notice a high number of improperly parked bikes. Resolve the challenge.
