The process was enjoyable and offered plenty of transparency. The the initial phone discussion with the HR recruiter was enjoyable, she made the conversation fun and had a solid list of questions. When I was selected to come onsite, everyone was very welcoming. In my role I interviewed with the President, CFO, and peer VP employees in the organization, as well as with future team members. The process was structured, timely, and really helped me to make a decision (if I were to receive an offer) before leaving.

The people very nice and professional. There was an aptitude test and an interview, along with a tour of the office that took most of the afternoon. It didn't even feel like an interview, but more of a casual conversation. Unfortunately I had to withdraw my application due to personal reasons, but if circumstances were different, I feel I would have accepted an offer if it were extended.
