Stage 1: Phone Interview with HR who is wonderfully cheerful and genuinely wants the best for you. Stage 2: In-Person Interview with Art Director and Senior Marketing Manager who are very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Had also a walk around the office, met the rest of the Marketing team who are very approachable and diligent at the same time. Stage 3: x1 ~10sec Motion Graphics Task with the best set of brief with objectives and goals, clear guidelines, supplying assets and digital references I have ever seen within my years of interviewing. Very reasonable for someone who is interviewing. Very grateful for only having to do 1 task instead of 3 separate ones. Stage 4: In-Person Interview with Managing Director/CMO who is super kind and objective. Stage 5: Detailed offer sent with clarity. Open to questions. In a nutshell, people are nice and professional. To whoever who is interviewing, aligning with their Mission and Values are also put in high regard within the organisation other than hard/soft skills. Knowing their products also may help.
