The interview process was really quick and easy. The questions were more about situations than technical. I think they are trying to figure out your personality rather than your knowledge of how the plant operates.

Formal in person interview with 2 reps and they asked me questions from a packet. Asked to to answer using the STAR method. Mostly hr related questions not any texhincial.

It was a great interview process. The whole process was very simple, fast, and clear from the start. They were also very quick in giving their response. Consisted of 2 30 minute interviews.

first round was online assessment which was for 13 mins for 50 questions which were very basics and easy then a technical interview round and a HR round in all it was very easy.
