panel interview with HR, Lab manager, and Regional Manager. Some HR questions of tough situations and examples of leadership. After that it was just questions about the schedule and what procedures I had done.
The interview process is fast and efficient. Initially, an HR representative will do a phone screening. This is followed by different rounds of interviews with hiring managers and people you will be working closely with. The managers really want to make sure you are a good fit for the group and can work effectively. Communication is key and keeping a positive attitude will help a lot.

Entrevista
Mostly went over my resume and got asked about different samples that I've analyzed before. The attitude towards not having had worked dupont shift work schedule before was negative even though I didn't have a problem with it.
